1. Creative Ideation and Direction:
. Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to develop creative ideas for media products, including advertisements, videos, short clips (Reels/TikTok), and images.
. Define the visual style, content approach, and messaging to align with brand strategy and target audience preferences.
2. Planning and Project Management:
. Develop production plans for videos and images based on marketing campaigns, including budgets, timelines, personnel, and equipment.
. Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of production outputs with high quality.
. Manage end-to-end projects, from concept to final product delivery.
3. Supervision of Production:
. Oversee filming, photography, and post-production processes (editing, color grading, video assembly).
.Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, and creative teams to ensure production quality meets standards.
. Suggest technical improvements and creative ideas to optimize production efficiency.
4. Content Strategy Development:
. Develop and execute strategies for visual and video content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
. Work closely with teams to deploy content tailored to digital marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising campaigns.
5. Team and Partner Management:
. Manage the internal production team, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers.
. Coordinate with external partners (freelancers, agencies) to produce high-quality materials as required.
. Train and mentor creative team members to enhance their skills.
6. Quality Control:
. Ensure all visual and video materials meet high-quality standards and align with the brand's identity.
Yêu cầu công việc
. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Film Production, or related fields.
. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video/visual content production, preferably in the cosmetics or fashion industry.
. Proficient in video editing and design software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
. Strong knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, video editing, and post-production processes.
. Up-to-date understanding of digital trends across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
. Strong project planning, organizational, and management skills.
. Proven ability to lead a creative team and work under tight deadlines.
. Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals/videos.
. Keen eye for market trends and audience behavior.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
. Experience working with KOLs/KOCs or managing online ad campaigns.
