Job description
• Receive orders and develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans to ensure quality, output, progress, and production efficiency.
• Implement, monitor, and regulate production according to approved production plans.
• Track daily production progress to maximize machine capacity and propose plan adjustments to meet actual demand.
• Compile and coordinate information on issue resolution and order progress among relevant departments.
• Notify planning staff of issue resolution status and collaborate on production plan adjustments.
• Record major production incidents affecting delivery schedules and report to management for resolution.
• Develop, oversee, and adjust production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Direct, inspect, urge, and modify production progress to align with delivery schedules.
• Communicate order progress with relevant departments.
• Develop and improve production processes to enhance product quality.
• Establish a management system to control assets within the manufacturing plant.
• Advise the Board of Directors and Sales Department on new product designs.
• Manage personnel, equipment utilization, production organization, workplace safety, and 5S implementation in the factory.
• Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company with over 500 employees. Preference for candidates with a background in the plastics industry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in office software applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively resolve arising issues.
• Proficient in SAP software for production management.
