Production Manager
Job description
The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Supervise and lead a team of production staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Work closely with merchandising team and other supporting department to ensure smooth production operations.
• Address and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
• Prepare and present regular production reports to upper management.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a production management role
• Good communication of English
• Strong knowledge of production management best practices and quality control standards,
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
