Production Manager

Reports to: Production Manager

Location: Ha Nam (Dong Van 2 Industrial Zone, Duy Tien, Ha Nam)

Scope of Position:

To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the Production department in line with Gentherm’s policies and objectives and achieve set quality, performance, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

Functions, area of responsibility and competences of the position:

• To oversee the preparation and distribution of work orders to factory operations ,schedule factory operations and ensure proper work flow at the plant

• To ensure people, plant and materials are deployed effectively to meet delivery dates and quality standards

• To manage the introduction of new production lines while maintaining regular schedules of current products

• To co-ordinate the work, and to direct and assist shift leaders in solving day-to-day problems

• To train and appraise the performance of production employees

• To work closely with all the departments involved with Production to maintain schedules and effect changes and revisions.

• To manage the distribution of materials for production

• To report on problems and activities undertaken within the Production department

- At least 5 years in the same position level in manufacturing

- Experience with Lean, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and 45001
