Production Manager

- Work Location: Olam Global Agri Factory at Sa Dec Industrial Park.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient production operations in line with budget while also ensure continuous improvement.

- Maintain and monitor production in respect of output yield/extraction capacity against set targets.

- Stock management - Control raw materials and finished products stock levels to ensure efficient response to product specifications and volume requirements.

- Ensure efficient maintenance of all plant and buildings under remit.

- Ensure the Health and Safety of all subordinates within Company guidelines and current legislation. Ensure production plant causes the minimum of dust and noise both internally and externally.

- Ensure all functional management are aware of the correct codes of practice, both statutory and advisory, that govern accepted standards of safe operation at all premises.

- Perform all relevant requirements from BOD.

Skills/Experience:

- Need experience as a production, milling operations management role in agriculture products, prioritize Aqua Feed products.

- Preferable management experience large independent operations & multiple activities concurrently.

- Good people management skills and should be able to lead a team of different contract technicians.

- Should be able to communicate and interface with all levels of the organization and external agencies/contacts including statutory bodies.

- Excellent communication in English.

- Willing to travel.
