Production Leader (Welding & Painting)/ Quản Lý Sản Xuất ( Xưởng Hàn & Sơn)

1. Effectively lead the structure and painting teams in a manner to achieve maximum production and operating efficiencies.

2. Improve plant performance to maximum levels of safety, environmental impact, quality, service and efficiency.

3. Responsible for the structure and painting team's performance and is accountable for maintaining the applicable standards in the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Production Leader

• Make plan for all orders

• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations

• Ensure all products are on time, meet the quality standard

• Ensure there are sufficient resources including labor and machinery for production. Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered for each job

• Ensure the productivity and efficiency of operators

• Responsible for all Non-conformity products during the period of structure and paiting

• Knowledge about Lean Sig sixma and professional in apply lean in production (plus)

• Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the higher manager. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls

• Other duties and tasks as assigned by higher manager

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of welding and painting

• Ability to work with various levels of staff, from workshop to senior management

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management

• Effective in high-pressure environments

• Strong management skills

• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Intermediate NACE Level 2 or Prosio Level 3 certification (plus)

Education and Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electrics, or Hydraulics (required)

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role with a technical background

• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, and experience in application, evaluation, and improvement (desirable)

• Proficient with relevant design and technical tools/software

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures (desirable)

• Experience in a small to medium-sized production environment (desirable)

• Experience working with ISO 9001:2015 standards (desirable)
