- In charge of a group of people whose jobs range from raw materials pre-expansion, products molding, drying to finish good packing so as to achieve desired output, quality and production indicators.

- Graduated from university with a major in Mechanical Engineering

- Fresh graduates or less than 3 years of work experience

- Priority to residents in Bac Ninh
