Production Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION/ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

* ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ & TRÁCH NIỆM:

- Manage all aspects of wind tower and steel structural production, from raw material procurement to final assembly and delivery.

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment.

Ensure that all wind towers meet specifications and quality standards.

- Manage a team of production employees and ensure that they are properly trained and motivated.

- Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, purchasing, and quality control, to ensure that wind towers are manufactured efficiently and effectively.

- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Stay up to date on the latest wind tower manufacturing technologies and trends.

- Report to Factory Manager.

AUTHORITY/ QUYỀN HẠN CÔNG VIỆC:

- Clear direction on work, clear goals of the position.

- Take control of technology.

Be proactive in work, suggest participating in necessary courses for the position.

Use company tools for work: Computer, Software, Tools, ...

- Develop the factory's system (Method Statement, Lifting Procedure, Equipment, Tools,

Work instructions, Production plans, ...).

- Participate in management meetings, contribute to the development of the department as well as the company's system.

- Planning from execution to delivery

- Directing the team to achieve a common goal.

- Delegating work effectively.

Education/ Học vấn: University graduated with Mechanical major and above

Language/ Ngôn ngữ: Vietnamese/ English: TOIEC 750+ or IELTS 6.5 and above

Qualification/ Kỹ năng:Strong knowledge of PMP, APQP4WIND, GWO, ISO 9001, API Q1, API 2B, EN 1090, ISO 3834, etc.,

• Strong understanding of wind tower and steel structural manufacturing processes and technologies.

• Experience in managing a large production team.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: 05 years and above of experience in wind tower and steel structural manufacturing or a similar industry

Computer/ Tin học: MS Office, AutoCAD, Inventor, SACS, ANSYS
