Production Assistant Manager

1. Key result areas:

+ Define and develop improvement agenda for manufacturing process in accordance with high standard and customer need in aspect of quality, cost and delivery;

+ Create, sustain and review PMP, process flow, work instruction, PFMEA, GR&R, machine trouble shooting (Out of Control Action Plan) and concerned documentations;

+ Create and maintain all company quality documentations, such as, quality procedures, work instructions, data cards, staff roster, training profile etc. required by standard requirements;

+ Quality improvement process by improving process of 8D, Quality built in concept, Line side review (process audit by following work instruction and critical points control) activity;

+ Lead cross functional team with Quality Section and Maintenance section to improve machine, equipment, material, operating procedure and yield to achieve operating cost;

+ Support the organization goal in achieving total customer satisfaction;

2. Need to able to do:

+ Safety supervision for operators of our company and outsourcing companies;

+ Manage and supervise the recovery of unsafe conditions in workplace;

+ Collaborate with QC, Maint’ & Logistic team to analyze defective to come up with innovative methods to increase yield ratio, reduce scrap and improve the productivity;

+ Make the standard operating procedure of produce and train for workers;

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/ Material technical/ Mechanical Engineering

- Fluent in both verbal and written English (Submission of public certificate if any)

- Good understanding of chemical engineering and basic mechanism

- Basic knowledge in automation
