Responsibilities

• Receive customer requirements, analyze, and develop suitable design concepts.

• Work closely with the technical team, merchandise team, sales team to ensure the Technical drawing, 3D drawing & rendering drawing meet the technical requirement & commercial image & and meet the clients’ expectation

• Ensuring consistency between technical drawings and rendering images, optimizing drawings as needed for mass production feasibility

• Ensure to present accurately & lively materials (fabric, wood, metal ...) used for products, ensure accurate color, gloss, and texture representation.

• Recruit, manage, supervise, support, train and coach team members to ensure high efficiency and good work performance.

• Develop efficient workflows/ processes to improve the team's productivity and quality.

• Ensure work progress aligns with the planned schedule.

• Review and adjust images and drawings based on feedback from customers or related departments to maintain quality.

• Research and develop new products for Eurofar and customers, focusing on meeting price and quality requirements.

• Research new technologies to support design and development efforts, provide technical guidance and problem-solving support.

• Work with factories to coordinate material imports and production feasibility.

• Report to the direct manager or as requested.

• Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager or Board of Directors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in product rendering, of which, 3 years’ experience as team leader/ manager

• Fluent English

• Experience in furniture rendering is BIG advantage

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Graphics, or related fields.

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Blender, or equivalent.

• Having good orientation as of taking care client’s request in daily basis in full details and with dedication, carefulness and accuracy.

• Strong skills in lighting, materials, and rendering.
