Job description

- Analyze financial products of FE Credit and identify potential improvements to ensure Collection objectives fulfillment (new features like payment holiday, cool-off period, etc).

- Monitor and analyze the products performance, metrics, and optimize product offerings.

- Ensure that all legal and compliance aspects of the Collections proposition are fully compliant with legal requirements.

- Conduct Market research to identify Customer needs and propose competitive Collections products and solutions.

- Coordinate fulfillment of product development roadmap. Consolidate and provide product development status, milestones, and success metrics

Job requirements

- Bachelor Graduate, major: Economics, Finance – Banking or related area

- At least 03 years’ experience in Finance sector (banking, insurance, investment…) in the role of product manager /specialist

- Priority is given to having an MA/MT background (Management Associate/ Management Trainee) at foreign companies/organizations.

- Strong Analytical and logical thinking skill

- Strong Organizational skill, planning skill
