Our company is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for experienced Product Manager to join the team of Supply Chain Management in our Thao Dien office in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Product Manager (PM) own collections or select groups of products. All activities, plans, tasks, and information about a collection and its products come together with the PM. The PM will liaise with Customer Relations on the customer facing side of projects, and internally with various operational departments (Design, Engineering, Sampling Coordination, Compliance, etc.). PM is expected to own and be the expert of whatever products/collections they manage. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Collection Management
• Manage collection from conception and properly document history and changes throughout the development of a collection until end of life.
• Create, maintain, and own collection grids, both in visuals and in all systems. This is to be updated on an ongoing basis accompanied by a weekly summary of updates and high priority call outs, distributed to the management team and other relevant departments.
• Create, maintain, and own all SKUs and their data in a collection, and make sure all relevant data (weights, dimensions, or any other product description) is up to date.
• Coordinate maintenance of documentation on all products
• Involved in all Customer facing communication to ensure understanding of the collection, customer requirements, specifications, and changes, and their documentation.
• Ensure product documentation is collected and archived in an organized way in the system, including renderings, Line / Engineering drawings, PDS, finish development, testing reports, labeling, packing specs, customer requests, collection "cheat sheets".
• The PM will be responsible to follow up with the relevant departments to archive their respective information in the systems in a timely manner.
• Costing Collaboration
• PM collaborates with Costing department to define costing targets, create and distribute RFQs, and collect, maintain, and file factories’ quotations.
• Support Costing on completion of customer cost books and NIS.
• Status Review Meetings
• PM facilitates, documents, and is part of all review meetings around the collection.
• PM will facilitate meetings with management team to review open projects to determine where to focus design & development energy, engage with Customer Relations and / or VT Merchants for feedback, and to take corrective action where necessary.
• Interface with Sampling: the PM works closely with the respective Sampling Coordinator for the factory where the sample is made to make sure Sampling and Product Management stay aligned.
• Full Scale Reviews
• PM is responsible for facilitating full scales reviews and organizing all drawings within their respective collections for full scale review.
• Merchandising Support
• The PM will utilize PowerBI reports to analyze product performance, claims, quality data, and trends.
• The PM should be able to answer management team questions related to product they manage, for example best-selling styles, finishes, shapes.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Strong understanding of production-related issues and processes;
• Candidates with technical production/engineering background are preferable;
• Proven track record of relevant experience and work performance.
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English essential. Vietnamese will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel to factories in Binh Duong province from time to time.
