Product Executive (Marketing - Therapeutic Skin Care)

• Implement and execute others marketing activities effectively and with high efficiencies, such as activities at hospital, clinics, trade promotion, merchandising program, consumer/customer activation, as assigned by PM; deploy these programs with sales team; follow up and keep track of activities regularly.
• Develop promotional materials and manage the plan to ensure the quality of execution.
• Content Creation: Develop diverse, creative content (website, social media posts, videos) tailored to engage the skincare audience across multiple digital platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with Agencies to execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and email marketing to drive brand growth.
• KOL/KOC Management: Identify, manage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to amplify brand visibility and product promotion.
• Influencer & Social Media Campaigns: Plan and manage influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, tracking performance and optimizing strategies.
• Coordinate with Regulatory affairs, Legal, Procurement, Finance Accounting, or other functional departments... to get approval or processing of all proposal, promotional materials, conference, event; follow up the registration status, the purchasing process of essential materials or required services as planned.
• Prepare payment voucher (PVs) of related marketing activities and coordinate with Finance Accounting and other functional departments to ensure all essential documents as PVs, contracts, proposal to be approved/proceed as planned.
• Execute tasks that assigned by Product Manage
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (background in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or Dermatology is a plus)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in similar positions or product management/ digital marketing/ brand communication or creative agencies, preferably in cosmetic/ skincare/ personal care / consumer health/ FMCG.
• Experience in 360 digital marketing approach, including SEO, SEM, Digital performance, social media, and influencer collaborations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Passion for skincare and cosmetics, with understanding of therapeutic ingredients and skincare routines is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and marketing activities.
• Communicate fluently in English both spoken and written.
