Product & Application Specialist for Microscope

Job Nature:

• The Product Specialist & Application will play a key role in providing technical support, consultation, and application development for products in the field of materials characterization and physical analysis, including Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF).

Specific Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in providing technical consultation and support to customers regarding products and applications related to SEM, TEM, XPS, XRD, and XRF.

• Develop and implement training programs for customers on effective use of the products.

• Assist in product deployment and resolution of complex technical issues for customers.

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, Physics, or related fields.

• Preferably Master's or Ph.D. degree holders in relevant fields.

• Experience in materials characterization and physical analysis, especially in SEM, TEM, XPS, XRD, and XRF.

• Deep understanding of the principles and applications of materials analysis instruments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Flexible to travel for customer support and project implementation.

• Proficiency in English.
