Procurement Supervisor

- Identify new vendor, evaluation, selection of best Vendors

- Conducting negotiation in Commercial terms with Vendors, signing and implementing purchase and service contracts

- Build and Manage Vendor performance: OTIF, NC handling, periodically audit

- Price analysis, do comparison and submit decision note

- Update Market trend, Price forecasting, manage buying rate effectively and within budget

- Work closely with cross functions to develop new packaging within NPD timeline

- Identify cost optimized opportunities and conduct evaluation process to implementation

- Supervision, monitor and report on the progress of work, ensuring the activities of purchasing Team comply with policies, regulations, processes, and commitment to quality of goods & services

- Manage contract with Vendors and renew once expired

- Perform other jobs as required by the Line manager.

- Graduated from University of Business Administration or related majors

- Experience at least 3-5 years as the same position in Packaging Materials procurement (preferred Label, Glass bottle, Laminate)

- Be responsible, result- oriented, honest, dynamic and withstand high pressure in work

- Have the skills to negotiate, stake holder management, communicate, conduct and understand the relevant goods market

- Good use of office computers (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Good English communication
