Procurement Staff/ Nhân Viên Mua Hàng

** Develop Part:

- Procurement part develop

- Develop new vendors, new items and enhance localization to meet requirement of Quality, Cost, Supply

- Calculate price, price negotiation with supplier to get the most competitive price

- Supplier management, audit supplier

- Perform other tasks assigned by manager and have a strategy to achieve the goal in deadline

*** Delivery part:

- Local supplier’s parts delivery control, risk delivery management

- Daily PSI monitoring, daily delivery, forecast,

- Analysis, control Mold/Machine/Assembly Supplier’s capacity

- Mass production quality issue follow up as well as supplier’s quality improvement

- Mass production 4M schedule control, items changing management

- Monitoring and analyzing of stock delivery and local supplier box, cart and supplier improvement

- Man prefer

- Graduated from University, major in electrical/mechanical engineering, economics

- Fluent in MS Office especially Excel

- Fluent in English skills

- Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data

- Good ability in negotiation with supplier

- Good communication, presentation skills and making report skills

- Ability to work under pressure and over time
