Procurement Manager

• Conduct supplier research, market analysis, partner discovery, and partner development based on a precise understanding of the purchase request.

• Discover suppliers and execute contracts considering market trends, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

• Secure competitive sourcing advantages through negotiations on price, payment terms, and service levels.

• Promote global sourcing by collaborating with the global Lock & Lock organization.

• Set up the purchasing organization and establishing the purchasing process within the Vietnam subsidiary in accordance with Lock&Lock's global procurement guidelines.

• Manage supplier portfolio and evaluate suppliers.

• Manage the ordering process and schedules.

• University graduated

• Min. 5 years of procurement experience with same position

• Fluency in English

• SAP usage skill is a plus.

• Integrated Procurement experience is a plus.

• Proficient with Excel, Power point. Analytical tool usage skills and analytical mindset.

• Frequent co-working experience with zone/group business counterparts
