Procurement Executive - Operation (Temp-8 Months)

- Execute daily procurement operations.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify business needs and manage scope of works.

- Ensure all procurement documents comply with Company Policy and Procurement Manual.

- Conduct and manage proposal, offer, and bid evaluations in line with internal policies and local regulations to select the best suppliers.

- Foster supplier relationships to negotiate optimal prices.

- Assess the total costs of company purchases and understand the concept of total cost of ownership (TCO).

- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, performance, and service levels.

- Identify and certify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks.

- Maintain thorough documentation from procurement origination to completion.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in direct and indirect materials procurement, supplier performance management, contract management, and negotiation.

- Strong knowledge of customs and government regulations, including import/export, taxes, commercial laws, and merchandise.

- Technical knowledge preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English & Vietnamese

- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working applications. Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate are preferred.

- Experience with ERP systems. Oracle/SAP is preferred.
