Process R&D Optimization Specialist (IoT)

Responsibilities:

• Implement improvement projects: Plan and execute improvement projects in the factory to optimize production processes and equipment.

• Optimize equipment processes: Evaluate, improve, and optimize processes and equipment to enhance performance and product quality.

• Perform calculations and simulations: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations before implementing new solutions.

• Update new technology solutions: Continuously update and implement new technology solutions in the factory's production processes.

• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other teams to improve processes and resolve arising issues.

• Support factory team: Provide technical support and consultation to the factory team as needed.

• Problem-solving: Analyze and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment.

• Evaluate performance: Measure and evaluate the performance of processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance: Ensure that processes and equipment comply with regulations and quality standards.

• Report and track progress: Report progress and results of improvement projects to the Process R&D Optimization Manager, and monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in IoT or Automation Engineering.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-based field (e.g., Automation, Engineering).

Functional skills:

• Fluency in English is required and preferred in additional languages.

• General computer literacy.

• Advanced Excel Dashboards.

• Automation programming.

• CAD drawing.

• Simulation (Solidworks, Ansys)
