Process Engineer

Design, improve, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Analyze and evaluate current production processes, propose improvements, and optimize solutions.

Support the implementation of new production projects and product improvements from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with departments such as R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to ensure the correct execution of production processes as per technical requirements.

Ensure that production processes comply with quality and safety standards.

Evaluate the performance of equipment and production processes, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Update and report on production status, and propose continuous improvement solutions.

Provide guidance and training to staff on applying new and improved production processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as Process Engineer in the Automotive, Textile, or Electronics industry.

Experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity optimization.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in using technical design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
