Process Engineer

Job summary:

- Improve assembly process to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Follow up and deploy new model project for production Line.

- Issue/control Work standard for all manufacturing.

- New models deploy from MT=> MP

- Cycle time control

Main responsibilities and duties:

1. Layout concept/Process concept for Assembly/welding...

2. Kaizen cycle time.

3. Process making new production line, launching new product. (Collaborate with teams)

4. Jig/tool/machine concept for Line base on request (work with supplier and teams)

5. Calculation capacity of line and process

6. New model preparation (investigation/PFMEA/Flow Process).

7. Thinking about new technology to improve for old concept process.

8. Time study/Takt time/Cycle time measurement.

9. Trial cycle report for any changing point effect to process.

10. Make work standard for new model.

11. Co-operate with all departments to improve Quality/Safety.

12. Guideline/Check sheet/parameter for production.

13. Weekly and monthly report related process.

14. Report to Manager

- Graduated from College or University on related majors.

- Good at analyze process in manufacturing (waste process).

- Understanding about PLC program or electrical field is an advantage.

- Have experience in this field (Production engineer and Industrial Engineer) more than 3 years.

- Has knowledge of Solid work /CAD is advantage.

- Good skill of presentation.

- Good at English.

- Excellence excels/PowerPoint.

- Have good skills in good communication, problem solving.

- Age from 25~35 years old.
