1. Educational background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.

2. Experience

• Preference of EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) Technical shift leader

• Fresher and have lower than 4 years’ Experience on EMS company or similar

3. Requirements

• Knowledge about automation part as: Sensor, motor, LM guild and logical sequency….

• Schedule regular equipment maintenance

• Managing and fix issued EQ in production line.

• Understand the production and repair and maintenance of machines in the production area.

• Work with relevant departments to resolve the issue.

• Manage KPIs and activities in the production and follow the job ordering of boss.

• Setup EQ and maintenance EQs

4. Skills:

• Knowledge of high precision EQ for assembly & test process

• Experience with SMT, Mold, Sputter, Vision is preferred

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Good in English for overall communication

5. Other:

• Can work with system and time to work follow company rule
