Job description
Key Accountabilities
• Apply premium collected via banks.
• Control petty cash, prepare expenses claims, submit invoices and provide appropriate reports to the Finance Department in accordance with the Finance Manual and company procedures.
• Ensuring reconciliation of premiums collected via cash & cash payments at Sales offices (SO) & GA with GL accounts in Finance.
• Coordinating with sales offices or general agents to guide agency force in submitting collected premium via banks.
• Work closely with the other functions of Operations in a team-based environment.
• Positive recommend changes in workflow to increase service quality, decrease paperwork & turn-around time.
• Willing to take on new tasks assigned by line manager.
Job requirements
• University/College Graduated
• Experience working in the life insurance industry or in the field of finance and accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to the working environment.
