Platform Support (Project Coordinator) - SPX Express
Job description
In the Platform Support role, you will represent SPX in interactions with key clients to ensure mutual objectives are met. You will coordinate and manage projects or initiatives involving the clients, and internal teams, interpret performance data, and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities include project coordination, resolving client-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining SOPs and managing operation-related tasks.
1. Client Representation and Coordination:
◦ Act as the primary liaison between SPX and key clients to ensure alignment on objectives.
◦ Coordinate and oversee projects or initiatives with key clients/internal teams, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
◦ Review and maintain SOPs related to key clients to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
◦ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal performance on BAU days and campaign days, covering aspects such as goods handover, headcounts, working schedules, space allocation, and more.
◦ Address and resolve issues affecting key clients to enhance customer experience.
◦ Collaborate with internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
◦ Manage internal issues related to operations.
2. Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
◦ Ability to interpret data, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
◦ Monitor and track KPIs through established systems.
◦ Conduct daily performance monitoring to ensure targets are met.
3. Additional Responsibilities:
◦ Perform other tasks as assigned by the team lead to support overall team objectives and operations.
Job requirements
- Working time: Monday - Saturday
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, with client-facing responsibilities preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Experience with SOPs and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- English to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
