Job description
1. Capacity analysis and management:
Bases on yearly plan, factory line and previous season average output to analysis the capacity status.
Make the capacity analysis chart and Cooperate with CN planning to have solution at capacity issue.
Negotiate with factory to get line commitment and book capacity with factory.
Follow the timeline with CN planning and sale team to release OP on time ( 3 months before production time)
Cooperate with compliance about the Audit factory timeline to make sure no any late or expired audit date.
Analysis and understand product strength to allocate capacity percentage each brand.
Negotiate with factory to get line commitment and book capacity with factory.
Have good communication and relationships with factory management. Jump in to support for urgent or issue if need.
2.CM price quotation:
Collect the output of each brand, each factory each season and make the report about actual factory productivity, compare with SAM to have efficiency in production, line cost.
Review CM price summary/ performance and work with factory if need.
Understand the Jacket instructions and factory labor cost each zone to negotiate price.
Study conditions to arrange contract each factory.
3.Planning:
Review the Order allocation plan from team member before send to factory. Make sure it is workable as much possible.
Review the line map each factory and give the solution if have under or over capacity in advance.
Overview the pre-production status and corporate with relate team ( MD/ QA,..) make sure each step on schedule.
Review weekly order status report from team and lead team member and jump in to solve the issue if need.
Review weekly/ monthly capacity report and meeting with CN team to have clear short term or long term map. Take action in advance if have any issue.
Review weekly report from team and lead team member if have any off schedule or issue.
Weekly and month capacity and loading plan to HQ.
4. Team lead and build:
Design Staff KPI, implement, follow-up, improvement and report
SOP writing and improve base on actual situation.
Regular summarize the related production data for analysis and report to HO.
Job development: Job improvement, standardize, optimization ...
Team Development: team building, training job, training skill team member.
Job requirements
- Experienced in garment field and same position
- Be able to travel for work
- Can communicate in English
- Accept overtime working
