PG Training and Development

- Lead PG capability development by identifying required competencies, skill gaps and training and development needs for all levels in PG Management Team (Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Train The Trainer, Field Coaching and Leadership Development, Best Practice Sharing …).

- Design and develop Training Roadmap in order to address and enhance required skills, knowledge and competencies in line with business directions, needs and priorities.

- Design and develop Training Programs to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.

- Plan and manage the overall Training and Development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to prepare, organize and/or conduct the Training and Development activities.

- Counsel with subsidiaries and provide advice on appropriate training and development solutions for PG Supervisor/PG Leader/PG.

- Periodically review and revise related training materials and content in line with curriculum and standards.

- Drive learning and coaching culture to ensure best outlet execution and routine compliance.

- Develop PG capability through classroom training, online training as well as on the job field coaching.

- Plan training budget and monitor budget allocation and spending.

- Other projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree graduated.

- At least 5-7 years of experience in related fields such as Sales Capability, Commercial Training.

- Experience in L&D or selling in FMCG would be advantage.

- Excellent written and oral English.

- Excellent Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem solving, strategic business thinking, analytical skills, project management and time management skills.

- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive.
