Main Responsibilities:
Developing Performance Evaluation Metrics:
• Collaborate with departments to understand job nature and develop detailed KPI evaluation processes that align with practical realities.
• Establish performance evaluation metrics (KPIs) based on timeframes or projects.
• Regularly research and improve KPI evaluation metrics based on feedback collected from functional departments, project departments, and directives from the Corporation's leadership.
Controlling and Evaluating Work Performance:
• Verify the accuracy of work performance evaluations from department heads/team leaders.
• Propose solutions to enhance accuracy in KPI recording and evaluation.
• Improve evaluation mechanisms according to modern trends, ensuring results deliver the best performance improvement value.
• Coordinate with the HR Department to research bonus structures and levels to enhance employee motivation.
Advising the HR Department Leadership:
• Participate in developing salary, bonus, and reward/disciplinary policies.
• Evaluate salaries and bonuses, and propose adjustments to salary and bonus tiers based on performance increases to provide timely and appropriate incentives.
• Train skills and professional knowledge for successor performance management staff.
• Receive and respond to feedback from employees, ensuring trust and consensus in policy implementation.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: Human Resource Management, Corporate Financial Management, Corporate Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 03 years of experience in human resource management, personnel management, and KPI evaluation. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of performance evaluation systems such as KPIs and OKRs, and/or experience working in large-scale corporations or foreign-invested companies with over 1,000 employees.
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, or equivalent.
• Ability to search, read, and analyze English documents for information acquisition and reference.
• Minimum MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent office computer skills certification.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using HR Management software, Performance Evaluation software, and other related software (please list specifics in your CV).
• Data synthesis and analysis skills, report writing skills.
• Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and continuous improvement capabilities.
