About Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Responsibilities

Performance Management

• Support the bank on performance measurement & analysis of financial results in an accurate and timely manner

• Track the revenue & expenses, balance scorecard, key ratios at Bank, Segment and Product level

• Engage in financial forecast & budget process through close interaction with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities and gaps

• Analysis on drivers of business profitability

• Cost management support, including optimization, governance and return on investments

• Monitor cost pools, allocation methodology and cost drivers

• Prepare presentation and communication to internal / external stakeholders

• Drive process improvement initiatives as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Accounting with at least 8 years of experience in financial services

• Sound knowledge of banking products

• Essential to have a growth mindset, critical thinking and communication skills, able to work with senior stakeholders against tight deadlines

• Innovative problem solver, able to identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution

• Strong MIS reporting skills with advanced knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, data mining and thorough knowledge in financial accounting systems
