Passenger Services Officer

1. Job Summary:

• Conduct check-in procedures for passengers on departure/arrival flights, ensure safety for passengers on these flights

• Working time frame: in shifts

2. Main responsibilities:

• Take over conducting services and activities for passengers such as handling their baggage on Vietjet's departure and/or arrival flights (*departure/ arrival flights) at the airport

• Build the unit by contributing ideas and implementing quality improvements in line with the orientations of the airline

• Take over building a professional working environment that empowers teamwork and individual responsibility

• Conduct check-in procedures for passengers (check-in); manage their baggage (carry-on, checked); invite them to use extra services

• Monitor passengers and their hand luggage at the boarding gate

• Timely report abnormalities (leakage, tear, etc.) of luggage and goods to the Passenger Services Supervisor

• Carry out the mentioned works in compliance with the procedures and instructions of Vietjet and VJGS in a professional manner

• Age: from 18 - 40

• Female: above 1.58m

• Male: above 1.68m

• Good appearance

1. Education:

• Graduated from high school or higher, final year students or fresh graduates are welcome for part-time roles

2. Experience:

• Prior work experience with the public is an advantage;

3. Language skills:

• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills. TOEIC 400 or higher

4. Other requirements:

• Preference for those who can work full-time

• Willingness to work in shifts.
