The Partnerships Co-Ordinator role is to be focused on managing and driving revenue from 3rd party partners and online food ordering apps. This role will ensure that all AFG Vietnam brands are following best practices on these platforms, devise promotional strategies to maximize revenue and ensure all AFG Vietnam's services are represented accurately and at the highest quality level, on each of these platforms.
Key Accountabilities –Three to five main areas of responsibility of this position, or “buckets of work.” – WHAT
1. Operational Optimization & Accuracy - Ensure menu, pricing and all promotions are up to date, always presented optimally to customers and represent the intended items nominated and communicated by the Operations teams. Ensure all AFG Vietnam outlets are professionally represented, presented and proactively promoted at every opportunity.
2. Revenue Growth - Maintain up to date market knowledge and ensure AFG brands are represented on active on all relevant platforms, fully optimizing opportunities with each of these to maximize revenue.
3. Partnership Account Management: Oversee and support the account management and other internal teams, to ensure all operations teams related to partnerships are suitably integrated to AFG’s business operation systems, POS & Navi etc.
4. Documentation & Reporting- ensure all meetings and communication with Partners is documented and filed and reports are prepared and presented in a timely manner for CMO.

- Regularly audit each of our outlet profiles and ensure accuracy and best possible images and clear descriptions of all sales items.
- Maintain proactive and consistent communications with operations and marketing teams to ensure that our offerings in all areas are fully up to date.
2. Revenue Growth - Maintain up to date market knowledge and ensure AFG brands are on all relevant platforms and fully optimizing opportunities with each of these to maximize revenue.
- Ensure all promotional opportunities, platforms and possible revenue generating options are utilized and maximized within company guidelines.
- Seek and develop new relationships that can help provide continued growth outside our current direct revenue streams.
3. Partnership Account Management: - Maintain and establish collaborate and professional relationships with all 3rd party Partners.
- Ensure regular meetings are held with the Partners, ensuring that they maintain quality and accurate representation of AFG Vietnam standards in regard to online representation, delivery standards and billing processes.
4. Documentation & Reporting- ensure all meetings and communication with Partners is documented, according to the AFG requirements and use of spreadsheets and filed accurately and updated daily.
- Prepare reports and present in a timely manner for CMO, Area & Operations Managers.
- Support accounting and other internal teams to make sure all operations in these areas are suitably integrated to AFG’s business operation systems.
- Follow all reporting procedures in an accurate and timely manner to ensure all internal teams have full information required at all times.
- Develop insightful, timely, informational reporting processes so that key stakeholders can stay abreast of partnership performance and progress on an ongoing basis.
5. Other duties-as required to support the Marketing Team.
- Undertake other/additional duties from time to time as requested by the CMO, Group Marketing Manager, Area & Operations Managers to support AFG Vietnam business.

Key Selection Criteria –Three to five main criteria to be qualified for this position – Who
1. Has previous experience in F&B 3rd party platform operations or e-commerce platforms.
2. Has excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
3. Demonstrated analytical thinking skills and a keen eye for detail.
4. Proactive and able to recognize and strategize to maximize all business opportunities independently.
5. Has a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
