Partnership & Strategy Lead (Investment), Zalopay

You will be the business owner, who takes responsibility for PnL and business growth, of Investment product(s). Key scopes of work are:
Growth planning:
- Work with the growth marketing team and product team to initiate new product features, monthly promotional campaigns, communication tactics to push product growth
- Conduct market research, competitors research, and user research activities (both primary and secondary) to support growth ideas
PnL & strategy planning:
- Synthesize monthly budget plans and monitor actual spending. Measure performance effectiveness through calculating key cost metrics (e.g., CPU, CAC, CVR, etc.)
- Track business metrics and analyze data to find insights for improvements. Prepare monthly business reports
- Conduct business modelling/forecasting and synthesize information into reliable deliveries
Partnership management:
- Being the main contact point between Zalopay and strategic partners, maintain a good relationship with them
- Negotiate commercial terms, initiate new activities that are beneficial for both parties
- Build operational flow, coordinate day to day cooperation between partners and internal stakeholders (legal, operation, product, etc.)
- Ensure the legal-related activities of the product, including coordinating the preparation of contracts and addendums.
Operation excellence:
- Monitor all aspects relating to your business daily (performance, user feedback, MKT activities, arising issues etc.) to take prompt actions and improvements
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects/activities being on track and adhering to the business objectives
Yêu cầu công việc
- Willing to take on a generalist role that has to involve in and take responsibility for all aspects of a business (operation, legal, partnership, product, MKT, etc.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Development/ Project Management/ Growth/ Strategy
- Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Experience working in Tech firms (fintech / e-wallet, e-commerce, ride-hailing, etc.) or financial institutions (banking, asset management, consumer finance, etc.) will be a plus
- Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint
- Resilient, humble, confident, and portrays a can-do attitude
