Main responsibilities
1. Business strategy formulation: Develop and implement effective operational strategies based on the current status of marked industrial products or general commodities to ensure the market competitiveness of the products.
2. Team Management and Collaboration: As a team member, lead and manage the operations team to ensure synergy among team members and achieve business goals together.
3. Large scale customer management: With experience in large-scale customer operations, responsible for establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with customers, independently completing the entire process of project settlement operations, including sales closed loop, invoicing, billing, settlement, verification, etc.
4. Optimize operational solutions: Gain a deep understanding of customer procurement pain points, combine with the current industry situation, and continue to optimize overall operations to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Problem solving and response: Able to quickly respond and solve unexpected problems and customer needs, while promoting multi departmental cooperation to solve problems, to ensure the smooth operation of the process.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Industry experience: 3-5 years of in-depth experience in industrial or general commodity fields
Familiar with industry characteristics and market trends.
2. Team Management and Leadership: Good team management and leadership skills, able to lead
The team achieves business goals.
3. Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese, able to learn, live or work locally in
Vietnam. Work experience is preferred to ensure effective communication in the international market.
4. Customer management experience: Have experience in managing large clients and be able to work independently
Complete the entire process of project settlement and provide good customer service awareness.
