Operations Manager (Quản Lý Vận Hành)

* KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE / JOB

Enable business growth with a positive impact on the local ecosystem through Operations excellence

* MY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility 1: Ensure people's safety and asset security

- Measure & mitigate the internal and external risks of my site and communicate the associated action plan 

- Design and implement an effective evacuation process 

- Ensure safety training (according to country standards)  

- Ensure user’s safety & reliability in the quality process 

Responsibility 2: Animate efficiency in store for more customer relationship

- Animate the store efficiency

- Facilitate and support the continuous improvement of the main processes

Responsibility 3: Ensure the stock availability for instore and out store business 

- Train teammates on the automatic replenishment system

- Animate the stock control to guarantee accuracy

- Ensure good application of flow procedures 

Responsibility 4: Manage the environmental impact of my store

- Ensure the implementation of the sustainable development action plans

- Manage provider's eco-impact

- Allow the eco-mobility

Responsibility 5: Ensure store maintenance 

- Ensure maintenance contracts

- Ensure maintenance planification 

- Ensure safety management of maintenance

- Provide monitoring & traceability

Responsibility 6: Manage operating cost of the store

- Increase the efficiency of investments

* REQUIREMENTS:

- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in operations management in the Retail/ FMCG Sector. You demonstrate strong leadership skills, a good organizational mindset, problem-solving skills, and persuasive communication.

- You are autonomous in the fundamental technical competency of a leader.

- You are fluent in Vietnamese and English

- You believe in a cooperative/participative way of leadership (with a sense of functional and project management), you are positive, dare to take challenges, and are adaptable.

- You have excellent communication skills (oral and written).

- Analytical skills to debrief, write, and implement action plans.

- Concrete creativity to find the most adapted solution for local needs.
