Achieving Offline Sales Targets:
Drive and exceed sales objectives outlined in the Business Plan by conducting regular brand performance reviews and taking actionable steps. Align efforts with the Trading Calendar and ensure all strategies, including organization, training, merchandising, and advertising, adhere to company standards for optimal results.
People Management & Team Development:
Take full ownership of manpower planning and staff management to foster a positive work environment that boosts team performance and enhances store operations. Implement non-financial rewards and recognition programs to keep employee morale high. Develop store teams to provide exceptional customer service, aiming to create "The Best" sales team. Collaborate with local managers to determine staffing needs, conduct interviews, hire top talent, and manage performance effectively.
Effective Budget Planning & Cost Management:
Optimize store operating costs by closely monitoring expenditure trends and discrepancies. Communicate efficiently with the team to ensure resources are used effectively and in accordance with budgetary guidelines, driving continual improvements in cost management.
Area Operations Management:
Oversee store hygiene, housekeeping, and the effective application of marketing materials in line with company standards. Develop and empower store teams to excel in all operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Address and resolve any administrative issues, such as equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs, promptly to avoid operational disruptions. Handle customer and employee complaints swiftly and in alignment with company policy.
Visual Merchandising Excellence:
Lead the implementation of visual merchandising strategies that align with company policies and standards. Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are met, creating an attractive and engaging shopping environment that enhances the brand's presence and appeal.
Loss Prevention & Risk Management:
Enforce Loss Prevention policies, systems, and procedures across all stores to minimize internal and external inventory loss. Conduct timely investigations into discrepancies and implement proactive inventory management processes and contingency plans to prevent shrinkage. Continuously assess and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company property, merchandise, and data.
Cash Management & Financial Control:
Define cash management procedures for each store and instill strong financial discipline to protect the company’s cash assets. Regularly monitor cash handling practices to ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.
Policy & Procedures Development:
Continuously review and enhance internal processes and operational policies related to Loss Prevention, Store Operations, Inventory Management, New Store Openings, and Cash Audits across all locations. Ensure that all operational policies are effective, efficient, and aligned with company standards and objectives.
Store Projects & Development:
Organize the opening, renovation, or closure of stores in line with the company’s development plans and standards. Manage project timelines, resources, and coordination to ensure all store modifications align with brand expectations and operational objectives.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and strengthen long-term, sustainable relationships with suppliers and consignment partners. Foster mutually beneficial collaborations to improve operational efficiency, enhance product offerings, and ensure the ongoing success of store operations.
Market Intelligence & Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed on the latest market trends, product innovations, and shifts in consumer behavior. Monitor industry developments to ensure the brand remains competitive, maintains high standards, and adapts to changing market dynamics.
