Operations and Maintenance Engineer

1. Check and monitor the status of machinery and equipment under the management scope of the unit

- Perform daily inspection of machinery and equipment, maintain items according to the plan, and report the results to the group manager and unit supervisor.

- Ensure machines achieve an efficient and stable operation and especially meet the requirements of Safety - Environment - Quality.

- Check, fix, and report arising problems for machinery and equipment under management.

- Check and monitor OEE data daily based on the unit's target. Implement an improvement plan to correct an issue affecting OEE.

2. Troubleshooting and preventing breakdowns of machinery and equipment

- Propose technical solutions to improve the condition of machinery and equipment, as well as improve maintenance efficiency.

- Proposing measurements to fix machine problems, and training repair methods for employees to increase machine life and achieve machine efficiency.

- Record daily OEE data and suggest improvement directions.

3. Participating in and coordinating with other departments to implement projects to improve machinery and equipment productivity

- Collaborate with teams to implement improvement projects according to unit goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or related majors;

- Be proficient in English and MS Office;

- Have knowledge to analyze issues based on the structure of machines, and equipment;

- Have knowledge to apply basic analysis methods: 5W + 1H, 4 M, etc.;
