Operation Manager (Logistics)

- Training and controlling the Operation Team following SOP.

- Settling directly all the complaints from Agents or Customers.

- Booking directly with air/ocean carriers and inland transport operators.

- Coordinating with other departments to provide a standard of services required by each customer.

- Handling the import and export sea & air process end to end.

- Liaising with relative parties to ensure shipment on board on time.

- Ensuring stable work progress and promptly solving arising problems.

- Reporting to manager or upper level when required.

- Performing other jobs as required by the Company.

- English or Chinese in spoken & written (compulsory).

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / international trade or relative field.

- At least 5 years of experience in operation, customer service.

- Possess in-depth knowledge on operation tasks, included in both sea and air shipment, import or export shipment, especially USA, EU, Canada shipments.

- Familiar with CargoWise system.

- Strong personnel management skills.
