Operation Intern

The Operation Intern is responsible for assisting with recording shipment information, monitoring and updating shipment statuses, preparing and issuing necessary documents, inputting data into the UFS system, supporting SOP and ISO compliance, organizing and filing documents, and performing other support duties as assigned.

• Assist the team by accurately recording information related to incoming shipments.

• Assist in monitoring and updating the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Assist in preparing and issuing Arrival Notices (A/N), Delivery Orders (D/O), and Authorization Letters as needed.

• Assist with inputting all relevant data into the UFS system accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.

• Assist in organizing and filing A/N, D/O, and Authorization Letters systematically.

• Perform other support duties as assigned by direct superiors.

► Education and Experience

• Study fields such as International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines are preferred.

• Junior or Senior students are encouraged to apply.

► Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Intermediate English skills (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage.

• Being able to work under high pressure.

• Good Interpersonal skills, and communication skills including verbal and written.

• Good problem analysis and problem-solving

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
