On-Site Production Material Control (Phú Thọ, Tuyên Quang, Hải Dương, Thái Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình)

WE'RE HIRING IN: Phú Thọ, Tuyên Quang, Hải Dương, Thái Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Work closely with the Planners

- Report to Managers of Vendor Management

- Track productions and foresee any potential order issues at vendors, ensure orders are placed on time and factory production progress is maintained

DUTIES:

- Daily travel and work in different factories (Phú Thọ, Tuyên Quang, Hải Dương, Thài Bình, Thanh Hoá, Ninh Bình, Cambodia, etc.)

- Review production and material status and question vendors on any order issues

- Conduct onsite verification and investigation to unveil the true reason behind

- Red flag any potential order slippage to VM Manager and Planner

- Resolve order issues onsite

- Follow through reporting

- Frequent travel is required

- Good communication skills. Proficient in spoken and written English; Mandarin is preferred

- 2-5 years’ experience with Manufacturing; Toys manufacturing is preferred

- Be able to work independently with factories

- Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
