On Job Training for AI

Toshiba Software Development (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. (TSDV) is seeking motivated students with a strong background and passion for developing their careers in the AI/Data Science (AI/DS) field. Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to join our OJT program, where they will work on real projects under the guidance of senior engineers. High-performing candidates with potential may be considered for full-time positions.

At TSDV’s AI group, we aim to solve practical problems in Toshiba manufacturing and business by applying AI/DS techniques.

Your Skills

Education

• Final year students in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.

• Able to commit at least 24 hours/week to work at TSDV.

Mandatory Skills

• Genuine passion and motivation for AI/DS

• Strong analytical skills and mindset

• Solid background in Linear Algebra, Probability & Statistics, and Signal Processing

• Familiarity with at least one programming language: Python (most preferred), C++, Java

• Active, good team player, and responsible

Advantage if have:

• Basic knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics

• Basic experience with Generative AI/LLMs

• Basic experience with DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python libraries (scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib)

• Familiarity with Linux OS

• Proficiency in English (especially reading, listening, writing skills); knowledge of Japanese is a plus
