OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

Effectively plan and coordinate for packaging procurement, inventory monitoring and delivery in close collaboration with relevant parties internally and externally.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

Coordination for Packaging Procurement:

- Coordinate with AP Marketing team to collect packaging designs timely.

- Check packaging designs to ensure the completeness (color, materials, packing information, etc.) and send to Procurement.

- Coordinate with Procurement for technical evaluation and vendors’ selection and transparency of commercial costing.

- Check the quality of packaging. Inform vendors and Procurement in case the packaging does meet requirements.

- Ensure all technical changes are fully communicated and implemented during ordering/ procurement process.

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the product quality meets required quality standards.

- Track packaging costing and prepare relevant reports.

Coordination for Inventory and Delivery:

- Update packaging’s inventory and place orders promptly to ensure sufficient supply.

- Coordinate with Logistics to deliver packaging materials to Tollers.

- Monitor and coordinate to solve relevant issues.

Tolling and local toller:

- Coordinate with Tollers regarding the requirements of new packaging materials, testing criteria and quality as well as handling packaging issues.

- Perform others task if needed.

- Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain.

- Minimum two-year relevant experiences.

- Knowledge of packing materials and components .

- Knowledge on Agrochemical industry, products will be advantage.

- Good commands in English is an advantage and MS. Office/ Excel is a must.
