Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu/Shipping Staff/Export-Import Staff

Job Description:

• Plan and implement import and export activities, including: preparing documents, customs

procedures, and receiving and delivering goods.

• Manage and monitor the transportation of goods, ensuring that goods are transported safely,

on time and at cost.

• Check and compare import and export documents, ensuring the accuracy and completeness

of documents.

• Work with logistics service providers, customs authorities and other relevant parties.

• Manage and update information on goods, orders, and bills of lading.

• Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure the smooth import and export

process.

• Make periodic reports on import and export activities.

• Search and select suitable logistics service providers.

• Negotiate and negotiate prices and contract terms with logistics service providers.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers.

• Improve import and export processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Comply with import and export regulations and related laws.

• University degree in Import-Export, Logistics or related majors.

• At least 3 years of experience in the field of import-export.

• Master the procedures and processes of import and export of goods.

• Proficient in import-export documents.

• Good communication, negotiation and bargaining skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Ability to withstand high work pressure.

• Proficient in office software.

• Good communication in English.
