• Control outstanding payable amount and check payment documents monthly

• Scan all supporting docs to send to the bank for oversea payment

• Record some kind of expenses to accounting software

• Make Audit confirmation with some suppliers listed by auditor at the year end. Make Balance confirmation with all suppliers every six months.

• Input payment amount to accounting software

• Make AP detail report monthly.

• Store all payment docs by scanning (pdf)

• File payment docs

• Revaluate AP monthly.

• Reconcile AP amount in AP module with Payable account of Trial Balance monthly

• Graduate from university, accounting subject. Welcome candidate is going to get bachelor certificate in this year.

• Good at English communication

• Honest and careful person

• Good at Microsoft offices
