Job description
+ Install PC, software, email, internet, IT help desk
+ Supporting users in IT technical issues
+ Carry out periodical check, repair and maintain the operation of existing system: LAN, device & printer, internet, mail….
+ Ensure Windows and antivirus software is up to date
+ Control all systems related to data backup and recovery
+ To guide and monitor users, given the warnings, recommended handling violations
+ Others job will be assigned by Manager
Job requirements
+ Qualification/Trình độ học vấn: University Major/Chuyên ngành: IT
+ Experience/Kinh nghiệm: Having at least 1 year working experience in the IT position, especially experience at Japanese manufacturing company is advantage.
+ Certificates/Chứng chỉ, chứng nhận: MCSA, CCNA certification is advantage
+ Language/Ngoại ngữ giao tiếp: At least basic English Skills
+ Skills/Kĩ năng: Having skills about Windows server, Linux, VMware...Experience in language programming (C#, VBA.NET…) and database (SQL server, Mysql…) is advantage
+ Other requirement/Yêu cầu khác: Work under high pressure, teamwork
