Job description
- Handling of customer enquiries and requests
professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
- Handling booking, shipping instruction, bill handling, A/N, D/O, e-manifest
for SEA; AIR shipments.
- To assist to monitor the Operations; Documentation team.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with deeply care.
- Compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and
customer’s standard operating procedure.
- Closely work with Sales and other Departments to support the initiatives as
and when necessary
- Follow up and manage daily shipments
- Assisting management with any assigned special tasks
Job requirements
- Education: College or/and above in business related field
- Having at least 1 year experience in FWD industry.
- Knowledge of handling air freight/ sea freight shipments
- Having good relationship with shipping lines/FWD companies for getting
quotation
- Having experiences in AMS declaration, Air cargo.
- Having experiences in managing/supervising a small team.
- Good communication in English.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work well under pressure and adhere
to tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
