Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Specialist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As the HR Specialist in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's HR functions, from developing and executing HR operations activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and labor relations recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You will ensure that our company's human resources strategies align with our overall business goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team of approximately 60 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR planning and Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Coordinate with other managers to understand talent acquisition needs, consult on persona building, and build strategies that leverage people growth as a pinnacle of business growth
o Analyze the organization's current, future workforce needs and propose human resource strategies to ensure the availability of qualified and aligned personnel.
o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
o Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
o Coordinate onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
o Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Performance Management:
o Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
o Develop and monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
o Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
• Compliance and Policy Management:
o Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with relevant local labor laws and regulations.
o Update and maintain the employee handbook and other HR documents.
o Manage employee records, contracts, and other legal documentation.
• Compensation and Benefits:
o Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation.
o Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
o Manage leave policies and time-off requests.
• HR Strategy and Planning:
o Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals.
o Monitor and analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or related business field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, and 5 years of HR work experience
• Profound knowledge of local labor law, social insurance, PIT, & other related regulations related to labor management
• Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
• Forward-thinking and hands-on approach
• Strong interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skill
• Proven experience as a problem solver with proactive and growth mindset
• Proven leadership and management capabilities
• Fluent Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• On-board after Tet 2025
