Our People

Ms. Annica Witschard

Chief Executive Officer

Annica Witschard was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Home Credit in the Philippines in April 2016, before moving to her current position as CEO of Home Credit in Vietnam. She spent most of her professional career in banking, holding various positions with GE over the last 15 years. Her assignments spanned from managing the digital contact center and leading Operations and Quality Project teams, to being a Country Leader and CEO. She worked in the Nordic Countries in Europe, in the U.K. and the United States.

Chief People Officer

With a wide range of experience in HR management spanning nearly 20 years in both end-market and regional HR leadership roles, Alexis specializes in Talent Management & Development, Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering. She joins Home Credit Vietnam as Chief People Officer from January 2022. Before that, Alexis was Chief Human Resources Officer at One Mount Group, Techcombank, etc. With experiences working in both MNCs and local organizations alike and industry exposures ranging from FMCG, Banking & Financial Services and High Tech & Digital, Alexis is well-versed with the opportunities and challenges in different types of organizations and is known for her abilities to design and execute practical and relevant solutions that add values to the organizations she works with.

Mr. Michal Skalicky

Chief Customer Officer

Michal Skalicky has served as Chief Customer Officer of Home Credit Vietnam since August 2021. He has more than 15 years of expertise ranging from digital transformation, business growth, eCommerce, product development to agile way of working. Starting his career at ING, then Michal became Sales Director for Direct Distribution Czech Republic/Slovakia. In 2014, he joined NN Hellas as a Direct Distribution Manager in Greece before relocating to Spain, where he as deputy General Manager held positions as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Transformation Officer in Nationale-Nederlanden. He possesses an Executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, majoring in Business Administration and Management, and a Master of Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business.
