General Equity Vietnam (GEV) is a young, international, dynamic team that operates like a startup. Our team focuses on researching and complying market information for the pursuit of new real estate development opportunities. We are currently seeking an entry-level Market Research Analyst to join the General Equity Vietnam team who will contribute to increasing the value of property data collected and analyzed in the United States region. You will build your research skills and develop best-in-class data collection that differentiates Exdev/General Equity and drive competitive advantage among the commercial real estate industry. General Equity Vietnam is the subsidiary of Executive Development (Exdev), a full-service Commercial Real Estate (CRE) firm that specializes in ground-up projects. Executive Development manages the entire development process from raw land acquisition, through entitlements, permitting, construction management, asset management, and sale of property. Executive Development focuses on the Southern California market and is also active in other regions such as Silicon Valley & New York City. In our 30+ years of operation, we have developed 3 million square feet of commercial real estate including hotels, retail power centers, office complexes, warehouses, and more.
