New Business Assistant (Temporary 6 Months)
Job description
• Listening and checking the accuracy of the Audio recording between the clients and the Agency.
• Perform quality assured (QA) the calls after the policies is issued.
• Taking charge of other tasks when assigned by Line Manager.
Job requirements
• University/ College degree
• Prefer 1-2 years experience, customer service is preferred
• Carefully and focusing on the job
• Be familiar with computer software and usage
• Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Well creative, proactive and flexible
• High level of integrity and initiatives
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation
• Interpersonal and supervisory skills
