Multimedia Specialist

• Planning:

- Create and contribute ideas for the creative scripts/story boards with content team

- Collaborate with Digital Team to develop creative strategies that align with our brand’s message & audience’s interests.

- Ability in understanding & debating the scripts/brand guidelines.

- Diversify the video content, especially a deep understanding of platform, trends, challenges of short form videos.

- Propose/Update new tools and technologies to apply into work.

• Execution

- Visualize the scripts into video (video shooting) from filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects to deliver high-quality video for Rich’s social media platforms.

- Experience in producing TVC, livestream, podcast.

- Capture, edit and retouch photos.

- Motion graphic & basic designs

- Undertake other tasks as requested by the Digital Marketing Team to support company’s Objectives.

- Willing to travel domestically & internationally.

- 1-3 years’ experience in multimedia/media production, especially in F&B section

- Multimedia skills (filming, photoshoot) with creative thinking

- Professional tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro…)

- Added tools (Blender, Lightroom, CaptureOne, Davinci Resolve…)

- Soft skills (communication skills in Vietnamese & English, debating & resolving skill)
