MS D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant

· Accountable for building, maintaining, and growing the product feature artefacts / templates / presentations for D365 CRM project.
· Provide direction and mentorship on implementation strategies, processes, and technologies to deliver best in class customer functional consulting outcomes.
· Promote the delivery methodology by contributing, promoting, and ensuring the adoption of global best practices for functional consulting delivery.
· Be a D365 CRM functional lead for driving design and development leveraging Micrsoft functionalities including Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights, Marketing modules.
· Closely collaborate with other practices including ERP, Data & AI, Cloud Services and Software Development teams to drive enablement requirements and best practices across our SaaS solution value chains.
· Work with the SME to understand customers’ business requirements encompassing proposition for change, future vision, and desired outcomes
· Investigate and evaluate solutions to meet customers’ needs
· Define, design and specify solutions consistent with ‘best practices’ and ‘fit for purpose’ principles in Dynamics 365 and related Power App components.
· Develop and deliver high quality customised presentations and demonstrations that position the Dynamics 365 product features/benefits as the best solution available to prospective clients
· Stay up to date on the rapidly, and ever evolving Microsoft business apps platforms
Yêu cầu công việc
· Experience: At least 8 years of experience working as the functional consultant with Dynamics 365 CRM, including primary modules e.g. Customer Services, Sales, Marketing. Knowledge of the education sector is a great advantage.
· Strong technical or functional background with the capability to operate at the highest level whilst understanding and influencing the detail
· Recent and relevant experience across Microsoft’s core Dynamics 365 CE apps, Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse
· Ability to synthesise a complete solution picture from limited or missing information
· Ability to work with strong stakeholders, yet articulate outcomes / design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution design.
· Strong business acumen and an ability to drive clear and tangible delivery outcomes
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (a must)
· Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
